The Red Byrd was born from a simple belief: the best part of your day isn't the destination — it's the pause between obligations. We opened our doors on Sickamore Street to give Franklin a place where the coffee is as intentional as the conversation, and where the transition from workday to evening feels seamless, not jarring.
Our space is designed for people who linger. Whether you're closing out your last email with a flat white, catching up with an old friend over a pour-over, or unwinding with a whiskey sour after a long week, the Red Byrd is your room.
Serious about the simple things.
We source green beans from farms that treat their workers and their land with respect. Every cup is pulled by baristas who measure twice and pour with confidence.
When the sun goes down, the Pour-Over glass comes with it.
Our cocktail program is built around craft, not complexity. We use house-made syrups, fresh-squeezed citrus, and spirits we'd actually drink neat. The menu rotates with the seasons, but a few classics always stay.
